Colombo Secure Third Place

In the match for the second runner up position of the Inter University rugby championship 2012 University Colombo secured a comfortable victory over Unviersity of Rajarata 51 points (3 goals, 6 tries) to 5 (1 try). University of Peradeniya led the match 22-0 at half time.

Colombo fly half didn’t have his usual game with the boot but did still claim two tries to his name while the Rajarata number eight was able to score a solitary try for his team. Colombo will be satisfied with this victory but will be disappointed about losing the opportunity to come in to the final.
